Osteopathy Care

At Twickenham Health Care, we work alongside Osteopathy Care which is run by Lucy Pike BSc (Hons) Ost Med. Mrs Pike is a graduate of the British College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a registered Osteopath. She is interested in all types of Osteopathy especially sports injury treatment and rehabilitation. The whole person is looked at enabling prevention along with treatment.

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is the study of how the body can become structurally out of balance. It combines scientific and medical knowledge of anatomy and physiology with clinical methods of investigation. An osteopath focuses on the musculoskeletal system, using their hands to diagnose damaged parts of the body, including muscles, ligaments, nerves and joints. This is done by recognising the malfunction within the structure and assisting with the body's natural healing. Treatment can benefit people of all ages including the elderly, pregnant women, children and babies. For more information, click the button below.

"Amazing practice! Suffered from large persistent verruca for over 30 years, had lots of different treatments: just kept getting bigger. In 2023 was referred to specialist NHS service, whilst on the waiting list thought I’d give it another go. Started treatment with Levi a year ago, and slowly started showing signs of improvement, so cancelled NHS waiting list and continued with Levi - discharged today! Blown away by the highly professional service I’ve received, thank you Levi and Twickenham Health Care – maximum ratings and recommendations from me!"
